Accountant - Multinational

As an Accountant, you will be part of a team of eight colleagues responsible for the accounting, reporting, and consolidation processes of Kaneka’s operations throughout the EMEA region.

• This position offers an interesting combination of entity responsibility and process ownership. On the one hand, you will be responsible for the full accounting and reporting cycle for a smaller-group entity.
  On the other hand, you will take ownership of one or more financial processes across multiple group entities, such as payroll, bank accounting, expense management, and more.
  This provides you with a broad window into our business activities and enables you to contribute to the continuous optimization of our financial processes actively.

• You will work with modern financial applications and digital tools, including SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Power BI/Power Pivot, and advanced banking solutions, within a finance organization that strongly embraces digitalization and continuous improvement.

• You will report directly to the Finance & Accounting Manager.

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy-Taxation or have equivalent experience.

• You are fluent in Dutch and have a good knowledge of English.

• Experience as an accountant in a multinational environment is an advantage.

• Experience with SAP, BI reporting, or similar financial applications is considered a strong asset.
